The Herzliya Native Planning and Constructing Committee has authorised for deposit a plan promoted by Ackerstein Group (TASE: ACKR) by which Beit Ackerstein shall be demolished and changed by a mixed-use 30-floor tower with residences, workplaces and business house.
Beit Ackerstein is on the northern entrance to the Herzliya Pituah industrial zone between Medinat Hayehudim Avenue and Hameda Avenue adjoining to the Coastal Freeway (Highway 2). The prevailing constructing has simply 5 flooring with 5,500 sq. meters of house. The brand new tower shall be constructed on a 2,360 sq. meter lot.
